Return Policy
Return period
For eligible consumer purchases, a statutory 14-day withdrawal or return period applies only where the law governing your purchase provides it. Other returns require written agreement with MARINAC.
Condition
Return eligibility and the required condition depend on applicable law, the product and any written terms supplied with the order. We will confirm the requirements before you send an item.
How to initiate a return
Contact our manager via phone, email, or messenger to arrange the return.
Return shipping
Responsibility for return shipping and its cost follows applicable law and the written return instructions we confirm for the order.
Refund
If a refund is due, we issue it without undue delay after confirming eligibility and inspecting the item, subject to applicable law. The money goes back by the same payment method it was taken with — a card payment is returned to the same card, and no other destination is possible. Once we have sent the refund, the issuing bank decides when it appears on the account; that usually takes a few business days and can take up to ten.
Cancelling an order or a transaction
Until the order has been handed to the carrier you may cancel it in full: contact our manager by phone, email or messenger. If payment had already been taken, the transaction is cancelled or refunded in full, by the same payment method. After dispatch, cancellation becomes a return and the rules above apply.
Warranty
Claims concerning manufacturing defects are assessed under applicable mandatory law and any written warranty or product terms supplied with the order. The available remedy is confirmed after review and may include the remedy required by law.
