Prototype
If a prototype is required, its scope, price and timing are agreed before work. Production starts only after the defined approval step.
Production
Production starts after approval and payment conditions are met. The written quote states the expected timing and product documentation.
Delivery
Delivery options are confirmed after the destination and parcel parameters are known. Tracking is shared when the selected carrier provides it.
